As 826 creative leader, I partnered with our development director to craft a solution that met the project goals. I worked closely with the designer, writer, and production coordinator on the concept, design, execution, and production of our annual report. I assembled the creative team, delivered the design presentations, created the schedule, and oversaw the workflow to make sure we met our deadline and stayed within our budget.
